Seven fleet professionals have been selected as finalists for the 2026 Fleet Visionary Award, which recognizes emerging leaders who are helping shape the future of fleet through innovation, operational excellence, and forward-thinking leadership.
Presented by Automotive Fleet and sponsored by Merchants Fleet, the Fleet Visionary Award honors fleet professionals with 10 years or less of fleet industry experience who have demonstrated measurable results, introduced new ideas, and made meaningful contributions to their organizations and the fleet profession.
This year’s finalists represent organizations across transportation, healthcare, manufacturing, field service, pharmaceuticals, and commercial fleet operations. Their accomplishments include improving fleet safety, advancing electrification, modernizing operations, expanding fleet capacity, and developing innovative approaches to driver engagement and workforce development.
Joseph Lewis, Marimor Industries
Joseph Lewis, CAFM, is transportation manager for Marimor Industries, where he oversees transportation and fleet operations supporting employment and community services for individuals with developmental disabilities. During his eight years in fleet management, Lewis has implemented telematics-based safety initiatives that contributed to significant reductions in at-fault and overall vehicle accidents. He also developed an AI-assisted fleet safety music project designed to reinforce defensive driving concepts and has focused on expanding telematics, performance analytics, and standardized fleet processes to improve operational performance.
Kyler Vargas, Premier Truck Rental
Kyler Vargas serves as director of logistics for Premier Truck Rental, where he leads transportation, safety, compliance, and logistics operations. Since joining the company, he has overseen the implementation of its first transportation management system, improving routing, shipment visibility, and on-time delivery performance. Vargas has also introduced initiatives focused on safety training, regulatory compliance, equipment utilization, and workforce development, including the company’s first fleet and logistics internship program.
Matt Bolf, Siemens Corporation
Matt Bolf is U.S. fleet program manager for mobility services at Siemens Corporation, where he supports the company’s goal of transitioning its U.S. fleet to 100% electric vehicles by 2030. Before joining Siemens, he managed fleet operations for Rentokil North America, overseeing a 20,000-vehicle fleet across multiple vehicle classes. Bolf brings experience in fleet operations, compliance, capital planning, and process improvement while helping develop strategies to support large-scale fleet electrification.
Tyler Teter, Safelite
Tyler Teter is assistant vice president of fleet at Safelite, overseeing a fleet of more than 7,000 vehicles. During his six years in fleet, he has led initiatives that integrate telematics, camera technology, and operational analytics to improve fleet utilization and productivity. His work has helped identify opportunities to reduce idle time, improve vehicle utilization, address fuel fraud, and redesign mobile service vehicle upfits. These efforts have supported Safelite’s ability to expand mobile service capacity while improving operational efficiency.
Meghan Murray, Teva Pharmaceuticals
Meghan Murray is North America fleet operations senior analyst at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where she has supported significant fleet growth during her first three years in the industry. She has helped redesign onboarding and offboarding processes, improve fleet administration, and support the company’s transition to a new fleet management provider. Murray is pursuing her Certified Automotive Fleet Manager designation and participates in industry mentorship and professional development programs while helping strengthen operational processes and driver support across Teva’s expanding North American fleet.
MacKenzie Mones
MacKenzie Mones, Fleet, Travel & Expense Business Partner at ITG Brands, has helped transform the company’s fleet into a nationally recognized program in fewer than five years. She led a fleet management company transition while overseeing 30% fleet growth, implementing analytics-driven processes that achieved 95-99% compliance across key fleet metrics. Under her leadership, ITG Brands transitioned 70% of its fleet to hybrid vehicles, improving fuel efficiency by 18% and reducing emissions per mile by 14.8%. Her focus on safety, sustainability, driver engagement, and operational discipline earned ITG Brands a No. 6 ranking on NAFA’s 2026 100 Best Fleets.
Jamie McKay, Aptive Pest Control
Jamie McKay is senior manager of fleet at Aptive Pest Control and became the company’s first in-house fleet manager in 2020. Since then, she has led the expansion of the fleet from approximately 600 to more than 2,400 vehicles while implementing initiatives focused on deployment speed, fleet optimization, telematics, vehicle standardization, and supplier partnerships. Her efforts have helped modernize fleet operations, improve vehicle readiness, and align fleet strategy with the company’s continued growth.
The recipient of the 2026 Fleet Visionary Award will be announced during the AFLA Corporate Fleet Conference, taking place Sept. 27-30 in Las Vegas.
